Based on the idea of modulation, the concept of the Colmeia series is structured between individual elements and groupings. The hexagonal shapes, inspired by the constructions of bees, fit together and allow for various types of formations. Soapstone, a material typical of central Brazil, accentuates the identity and aesthetic and cultural references that are integral to the construction of these pieces. The walnut veneers covering the hexagons lend verticality and rhythm to this composition, which draws inspiration from natural and organic geometry.
